Armpit Cleanse – How to Detox Your Armpits Naturally and Why You Need To

1 tablespoon bentonite clay
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1-2 teaspoons of water (to get right consistency)
It is important not to use metal. Mix all of the ingredients in a glass bowl with a wooden or non-metal spoon. Apply over your armpits and let it sit for 5-20 minutes. Start with shorter period and work up to a longer period of time once you see how your body adjust. If it hurts, remove immediately.
This may cause some redness as it will increase blood-flow to the area, but it will disappear quickly.
Wash off in the shower or with a warm, wet washcloth.
Repeat this method every day or as needed until under-arm odor goes away and natural deodorant is non-irritating.
Additional Things to Try
If you are still have troubles with odor, itching or lumps in your armpits, try dry brushing, which is known to help improve lymph circulation.
Take 1 teaspoon of baking soda and dilute it in little drops of water. Apply the paste on your armpits. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash it off. This will cleanse the armpits.
Take fresh lemon juice and dilute it in little drops of water.  Apply the liquid on your armpits. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash it off. The citric acid will cleanse the armpits and kill the bacteria. It will also improve the body odor.
Also, drink a lot of water any time you stimulate lymph flow (dry brushing, massage, detox, etc) to help flush the body and avoid dehydration.
