The next one is similar to the headache one. It is the point on the top of your head. Find the pressure point on top of your head by going straight to the top from your ears. It is the softest point on the top of your head. Press firmly nine times, following by a massage clockwise 9 times and then counterclockwise 9 times.
To locate the third pressure point, place 3 fingers just above your ears. The pressure point is where your furthest finger is. Switch to your middle or index finger and press down firmly 9 times. Then massage clockwise 9 times and counterclockwise 9 times.
The last one is the one behind your head where your neck starts. Use both hands to find the hollow part between the back of your head and neck to find the pressure point. Press firmly 9 times, then massage clockwise 9 times and counterclockwise 9 times.
