Here are 6 the most common signs of blocked arteries you shouldn’t ignore.
1.Pain in the thighs, calves or hips

If you experience pain in your thighs, calves or hips during your regular activities can be a sign of clogged arteries. Your limbs are not receiving enough blood flow and you may suffer from pain in the muscles or cramping in the legs.

2.Pain in the chest

Pain in the chest may occur as a result of reduced blood flow to the heart. If you experience tightness, numbness, heaviness, pressure, or burning in the chest area, this might be a sign of clogged arteries. Go visit your doctor as quickly as possible, before this condition become worse such as having a heart attack.

3.Loss of vision

If somehow you lose the vision of one of your eyes, it means your arteries are blocked. Visit your doctor, before you lose the vision completely. Very often a full blockage leads to a stroke.

4.Shortness of breath

Many people don’t consider the shortness of breath as a serious problem, but it is. People experience it because their heart is not able to pump enough blood that is important for proper function of the body’s organs.

5.Cold hands and feet

Cold feet or hands can be caused by Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). Be very careful with these symptoms, very often, the presence of PAD may indicate that there is a more widespread arterial disease in the body that can affect the brain or the heart and lead to heart attack.

6.Fatigue

Although fatigue is less common sign for a coronary artery disease, still it can happen, especially in women. These symptoms can develop as a result of low levels of oxygen from poor blood flow.
